Aphelion is education unleashed. Our school without walls means that you can study at home or wherever you can connect to the Internet. Whether online or off, it's an intensive education experience where students can rediscover the joy of learning. Sarah Kurchak was our first student and is now our Student Ombud. Check here for her early thoughts. We began our pilot project of this new form of learning in 1997. We found that personalization leads to deeper engagement into studies. Outcomes clearly improved. Based on that success, we are now working to create a private school to better serve our students. Our target is to begin in September 2008. We are now accepting preregistrations to reserve student spaces for the first semester.
