ci offers customized solutions for business and workplace training. All add personalization to the training mix. Since part (or all) of the solution is Internet based, significant savings could be created despite the premium nature of our services.

The following scenarios will give you an idea of how a program could be structured.

Example Scenarios :

1) Instructor One's program starts off with an onsite class. It is used as a meet and greet event. Instructor and students get to feel each other out and physical materials are handed out.

The program then moves to the remote phase. Through ci, the instructor reaches out individually to the students and guides them through the learning phase. It is here that the training environment comes alive. The instructor gets a true feel of each participant and can tell when and how they internalize information.

The participants get a real feel for the instructor too. The connection has also become a conversation. In the privacy of their unique connection, they are less likely to fear asking questions or to offer comments.

The program ends with a final get-together. The instructor has pulled reports from the ci management system from time to time and uses this to better target his programs as they take place and for future ones.

2) Instructor Two is web oriented. A comprehensive lesson package has been put online and connected to ci . Physical materials are not used at all and daily lesson plans refer the students to specific web pages for that lesson.

The dynamism of the individual connections requires the instructor to update pages regularly. Our staff take care of that as the program progresses.

ci reports are used sparingly since the instructor feels that the live feedback provides enough information for targeting future refinements.

3) Instructor Three's program is fully remote. Students subscribe directly through a website tied to ci . Any physical materials are sent out via courier and studies begin at various times.

The Instructor spends a lot of time traveling. This is not readily apparent to the learners because you can connect to ci from anywhere you can connect to the internet. The system has been designed to be delivered through slow connections and older computers as well as state of the art ones.

Participants themselves have joined the program from all over the globe. A number of them are using translation software to take an active part in the program even though they don't speak the language of the instructor (or the instructor theirs).

The instructor polls our monitoring staff regularly for reports and uses our staff to nurture trainees who are having difficulties with technology or the training environment.

This is important since the instructor is pushing the technology envelope to deliver programs.

Something interesting happens in each of these scenarios. Participants have spontaneously begun connecting with each other to collaborate. The instructors sense this (as does ci ) and uses it to design collaborative modules for their programs.

Since ci is so highly configurable, programs and courses can be designed with learning as the focus instead of technologies. These scenarios are a simple guide to the possibilities. To learn more, we invite you call us at 716.240.1918.

After all, ci is all about facilitating your needs.
